OUR BELIEF


There is nothing quite like receiving a surprise floral gift in the mail. Here at Javier Valentino Kids, shipping is a huge part of what we do and we are committed to offering the best price we can to ensure your specially curated floral design kit arrives to its recipient in a safe and timely manner.




MY BOX IS A GIFT. I DON'T WANT A RECEIPT OR ANY PRICES.


We never include receipts or inventory / packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift. We want to keep the packaging beautiful and intact, and will ensure that no tags or pricing are on your items.




IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?


While we're always striving to keep shipping costs low, per-box shipping is an additional cost.




HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?


Orders are shipped Priority Overnight via Fed Ex. Our processing window can take 3-5 business days. Our warehouse ships Monday - Friday, 9a - 5p PST and is closed Saturdays and Sundays. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside of the US.




WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?


All sales are final (but trust us, they'll love it). We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.




I NEED IT DELIVERED ON A SPECIFIC DAY.


If that's the case, let us know in the notes what date you need it delivered, and we will do our best to get it to their door on that date (except Sundays).




IT SAYS THE DELIVERY OF MY FLORAL KIT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL, NOW WHAT?


We're here to help call carriers, companies and track down packages, but there is only so much we can do. If the delivery was unsuccessful due to customer error, most often an incorrectly inputted address, contact us at hello@javiervalentinokids.com with your order number.




WHERE DO YOU SHIP?


We ship anywhere in the United States (yes you, Hawaii and Alaska!). Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the US.




MY FLORAL KIT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT MY RECIPIENT NEVER GOT IT.


Have them take a good look in and around their backyard/front yard/lobby/etc. -- there's a good chance it's hiding somewhere (trust us, it happens all the time). If a kit is delivered according to your tracking but the recipient didn't get it, our customer care team will do everything our power to locate it by calling the carrier and even the intended delivery building to give you all the information you need. Beyond that, unfortunately this is a rare situation that's out of our control, and could be attributable to any number of things, including the package being stolen or lost. We recommend filing a carrier claim, and we'd be happy to do the same on our end!




DO YOU OFFER A PICK-UP OPTION FOR LA LOCALS?


At this time we are only shipping out kits. Pick up is not an option at this time.




I JUST RECEIVED A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION BUT I REQUESTED MY KIT BE HELD FOR A LATER DATE. HELP!


Our system automatically sends out shipping confirmations with tracking numbers when your order is prepped. Do not be alarmed, we're still holding it in our warehouse.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?


We only offer returns on items purchased through the Marketplace within 15 days of shipment of items. Products must be returned in their packaging and in stellar condition. All returns will be subjected to a $7 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above mentioned standards. We offer returns on items purchased through the Marketplace ONLY within 15 days of shipment of items. Product must be unused and in original packaging. Email us to hello@javiervalentinokids.com to initiate a return. Once your items are returned, simply place an order for your new item. We also reserve the right to cancel any order that circumstances deem necessary.




WHY DO YOU OFFER RETURNS ON INDIVIDUAL ITEMS BUT NOT ON THE FLORAL KITS?


Per our policy, any Javier Valentino Kids Floral Deisgn Kit, the items curated in them are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. These kits contain perishable items and can not be resold. If you’re returning items from our Marketplace that meet our return policy standards. Your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment, minus our return fee of $7. Please note, refunds can take 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account.




I CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?


No, unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations.

WHAT’S INSIDE EACH FLORAL DESIGN KIT?


No surprises here. Because we take great care in curating each Floral Kit, we ship exactly what you see on each product page. This includes apron, vase, floral foam, scissors, tape, wire, flower food, card, instructions, fresh flowers and the luxury packaging. On the rare occasion that we are out of stock on a particular item, one of our gifting specialists will personally contact you with options of equal or greater value (and aesthetic).




DO THE KITS COME WITH A NOTE?


Each Floral Kit includes a hand-written, custom-designed note. You simply provide us with your message and we'll handle the rest.




DO THE BOXES EVER CHANGE?


Yes! they do. We’re constantly innovating and updating our product portfolio to refresh existing boxes, and we're always coming up with new box ideas, to include different vases and aprons.




CAN I CUSTOMIZE A BOX?


Absolutely! Contact us via email to hello@javiervalnetinokids.com and let us know what you have in mind. This is perfect for a birthday party or any other occasion! You can select from a specific floral color palette, or matching aprons and vases too! Contact us and we can cusomize someting amazing for your little one!
